We have driven significant process and improvement changes with the automotive community in car airbags (Taketa), enhancements and addons with the safety of the automotive system.

We hold a significant portfolio of real estate assets in Japan and are in the process of consolidating them under our core holdings. In addition, we maintain partnerships with several local and international real estate firms across Tokyo, Yokohama, and Osaka.
Trains
We contributed to the early advancement and pioneering of Maglev technology in collaboration with Japanese transportation initiatives.
Currently, we have approximately 850 patents in progress within this group.
